Happiness can be found in the pages of a new book written by bestselling author, 1980 alumnus, and current Saint Mary’s University Regent Chuck Bolton.
Bolton’s newly published book, “The Reinvented Me: Five Steps to Happiness in a Crazy Busy World” contains 122 pages of advice about how to achieve happiness.
The CEO coach and president of The Bolton Group of Minneapolis joined KARE 11 News @ 4 with tips on how we each have the power to increase our own happiness. Check out the segment at smumn.edu/Boltoninterview.
Not sure just how happy you are? Bolton offers everyone a free report, using the Wheel of Happiness, at The Reinvented Me.
He reports that 500 people took the Wheel of Happiness Report in 2014, ranking questions regarding the key areas of fun, career, spiritual fulfillment, health and fitness, finances, significant other, and family and friends. The results: the average score was 6.58 out of 10.
According to Bolton, 65.8 percent is a D, and that’s simply unacceptable. That’s why he promises, “This book will show you how to raise your level of happiness and how to sustain that happiness.”
“The Reinvented Me: Five Steps to Happiness in a Crazy Busy World” is the second in a series of books about reinvention. In February of 2015, he released “The Reinvented Leader: Five Critical Steps to Becoming Your Best.” That book reached bestseller status on Amazon and remains the #2 rated book in two Amazon categories.
