The Saint Mary’s University community wishes you and your loved ones peace, health and happiness during this Christmas season and in the coming New Year.

All of the Saint Mary’s offices — with the exception of the Offices of Development and Alumni Relations — will be closed during the Christmas and New Year holidays beginning on Tuesday, Dec. 24, and will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014.

The video below is a selection from “Lessons & Carols,” the traditional Christmas-season performance by the Saint Mary’s University Concert Choir and Chamber singers with the Chamber Orchestra as special guests. “Lessons & Carols” celebrates Advent and Nativity through song, prayers, and readings presided by Brother Lawrence Humphrey, associate vice president for mission. The Dec. 7 performance was conducted by Dr. Patrick M. O’Shea in the Chapel of Saint Mary of the Angels at the Saint Teresa campus. The prelude selection is “Agnus Dei” is from “Messe de Minuit pour Nöel” by Marc-Antoine Charpentier.
