We’re excited to announce our annual signature event, the Hendrickson Forum, is going to be broadcast on TV. Keynote speaker Ian Bremmer’s presentation on global uncertainty from the April event will air on TPT this Sunday, July 21, at 7 p.m. Bremmer’s speech will rebroadcast Sunday, July 28, at 1 a.m., 7 a.m., and 1 p.m.
Before a packed room of people interested in what’s shaping our future, Bremmer gave a provocative speech about how changing politics, economics and geography are creating global uncertainty not seen since the end of World War II. In a world with wide disparities in wealth, economic systems, and priorities, Bremmer says the United States has diminishing wherewithal – or even interest – to inspire change. Bremmer’s company, Eurasia Group, compiles information, creates political and economic risk assessments, and uses that insight to help governments, businesses, and individuals respond to global instability. He is a regular correspondent for CNN and the Wall Street Journal, and an insightful and entertaining speaker.
Why should I watch?
- To hear what top leaders are learning about changes in the world order
- To put global events into a context that’s not covered by major news sources
- Because Bremmer makes “geopolitical risk analysis” incredibly entertaining
The Hendrickson Institute for Ethical Leadership is committed to serving both emerging and current leaders of society through special events and corporate training for business leaders as well as the Tomorrow’s Leaders regional high school and university scholarship program.
